Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. At this time, we cannot accept payment by check or COD.
Sales Tax
Greenshanti is based in New York we therefore are required by law to collect the appropriate sales tax on all orders shipped to our customers within the state of New York.
Item Availability
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you by email within 48 hours find the best resolution for the order.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours, business days only, of your ordering being approved. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed with 24-48 hours of the next business day. Unless otherwise indicated all shipments are made via USPS priority mail.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Items ordered together may be shipped separately to ensure timely completion of your order. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering, so we can quote you accurate shipping charges.
Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.
About Our Packaging and Shipping Materials
To reduce waste we reuse packaging materials and we encourage recipients to reuse or recycle packaging when possible. Our commitment to the environment and reducing our "footprint" is important to greenshanti and therefore we do not manufacture or purchase new materials for shipping.
Instead, we reuse already-existing packaging materials and ship using recycled or carrier-provided eco-friendly boxes. Greenshanti is following the principles set forth by other green companies on the most effective and eco-friendly shipping method at this time by reducing, reusing, and recycling. We thank you for your support.
Returns and Exchanges
IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA).
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact us at info@greenshanti.com with your name, order ID number, item name and reason for return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) via email. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when shipped back to greenshanti. RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days after receiving the merchandise, so promptly ship back the item(s).
All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused, and in a saleable condition. Greenshanti will refuse shipments that do not have a valid RMA number. We are not responsible for return and shipping charges.
Sorry, no returns or exchanges on promotional or discontinued items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds to your credit card will be made within 14 business days.
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at info@greenshanti.com within 3 days to arrange for a replacement.
